A local CCTV company with an IT background.
Darbhanga CCTV Center has been installing and servicing camera systems in the city since June 2022.
The company was founded by Shamim Akram, a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science & Engineering, in June 2022.
It started from a simple observation: most CCTV problems in the city were not camera problems. Systems were recording to full disks, recorders were sitting offline, and mobile viewing had been promised but never configured properly.
Coming from an IT background rather than a hardware counter changed how the work is done here. Network setup, recorder configuration, storage planning and remote viewing are treated as part of the installation, not an extra favour at the end.
Today a team of roughly five to ten people handles surveys, installation, configuration, repair and service across Darbhanga — from single-camera shop jobs to multi-camera commercial sites.
